General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the company NOOR TIME – ALL , registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under number 933 118 788 00019, whose registered office is located at 229 rue saint honoré, 75001 paris, France .

Any order placed on the website www.noor-time.com implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the buyer.
These terms and conditions prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly agreed to by NOOR TIME – ALL .

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.noor-time.com on the day of consultation by the user.

The photographs are presented for illustrative purposes only and NOOR TIME – ALL cannot be held responsible for minor differences (variations in color depending on screens, sizes, finishes).

Products are offered subject to availability.
In case of unavailability after order validation, the customer will be informed and a solution will be offered ( credit , exchange or cancellation ).

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC) .

NOOR TIME – ALL reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
However, the applicable price remains the one displayed at the time of the order.

Delivery charges are billed separately and specified before final order confirmation.

5. Order

5.1. Ordering Process

The customer selects the products of their choice and adds them to their basket.
After validation, he enters his delivery details and chooses his payment method.
The order becomes final after payment confirmation.

5.2. Confirmation

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.
In case of an error in the email address provided, NOOR TIME – ALL cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of this email.

6. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering by:

  • Bank card ( Visa, Mastercard, Amex )

  • PayPal

  • Payment in installments without fees (if offered at the time of payment)

Payments are secured thanks to the solutions implemented by Shopify Payments and its banking partners.

If the bank refuses payment, the order will be automatically cancelled .

7. Delivery

7.1. Deadlines

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 5 to 10 business days

7.2. Transport

Orders are shipped via Colissimo , Chronopost , Mondial Relay or any other partner carrier.
A tracking number is provided to the customer as soon as their order is shipped.

7.3. Responsibility

NOOR TIME – ALL cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver attributable to:

  • to the carrier,

  • to the customer (incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery),

  • or to a case of force majeure.

8. Reception

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any anomaly (damaged package, missing product or reference error) to the carrier and to NOOR TIME – ALL within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Right of withdrawal – Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code , the buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract from the date of receipt of the package.

However, NOOR TIME – ALL's specific commercial policy stipulates the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Items can be exchanged or used to obtain a credit note valid on the website.

  • The return period is 14 days after receipt of the package.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed , and have their original tags attached .

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to NOOR TIME – ALL .

Returns must be validated by customer service before shipment.

10. Legal Guarantees

Regardless of the return policy, NOOR TIME – ALL applies the legal guarantees provided by law:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)

  • Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

These guarantees allow the consumer to obtain, as appropriate, the repair or replacement of the non-compliant product, or a refund.

11. Responsibility

NOOR TIME – ALL shall not be held liable for any failure to perform the contract due to:

  • a case of force majeure ;

  • a fault on the part of the customer (misuse, failure to pay, incorrect address);

  • an act attributable to a third party (carrier, supplier, etc.).

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.noor-time.com (texts, visuals, logos, videos, graphics) remain the exclusive property of NOOR TIME – ALL .

Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

13. Personal data

The personal data collected in connection with orders is necessary for their processing and for managing the business relationship .

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law .
